Cancer Survivorship: San Diego! is a county-wide umbrella organization comprised of cancer survivors, hospitals, cancer centers, medical researchers, and support service organizations which provide free information on cancer treatment, prevention, and available support services to patients, their families, health care professionals and the general public.
